Yay! Finally got my I Love Billy boots (middle) I've been wanting for a few months... sucks that the eBay seller accidentally gave the left shoe in a size bigger so I must return it. I was really looking forward to wearing them!

And let me introduce to you the next pair of shoes I plan to get once my 1 month of not buying shoes bet with Vee is over (on the 22 Aug). This is Bonbons' "Hooray":

I better get off to sleep now, my train comes at 5:46am for my first shift tomorrow...

P.S. I am aware that I have too many shoes and that I barely wear all of them... I need an alternative space when I run out of room...

Went to Flow on Friday and got really drunk. It's one of those nights that you wish would never happen again. The aftermath almost killed me...

I know I haven't been blogging as much as I have promised... but here's an update: I've finally got a job! I start this wednesday at Colette accessories in the city. I'm slowly healing from a severe allergic reaction (rashes which have scarred me) that I have no idea what I'm allergic to... I've been going clubbing almost every week. I'm currently on a "For 1 month you can't buy a new pair of shoes or else you owe me a pair" bet with Vee. And tomorrow I'm going to watch Inception! YAAAAYY! And I don't start uni until beginning of August... hehehe.

Life is slowly getting better, once I get out of my dumb biomed course...

I know I haven't been blogging lately, but I've just recently finished my exams so I don't think it has really hit me yet that for the next month I will have nothing to do. Anyways! Yesterday Bryan & I headed to watch Toy Story 3 in 3D. IT WAS SUPER SUPER GOOD. SO SO SO GOOD. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD I'M SO GOING TO BUY THE DVD. I LOVED BARBIE AND KEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

EVERYONE SHOULD GO WATCH IT!!! IT'S THAT GOOD!

And I think I shall start to blog more often from now on...

I'm going for cocktails tonight with my cousins. Yay! The advantages of being 18!

I'm sick and I've temporarily lost my voice because of yesterday/night but you know what!? It was all worth it...

After uni met up with Bryan, and waited with Jeffrey to meet up with his friend Michael. :')
Headed to Darling Harbour for Lindt cafe, wanted to get macaroons but gave in to the $12 slice of hazelnut cake that comes with a free hot beverage. Mocha was sooooo good... That was my 2nd mocha of the day! And the cake was sooo good... and Bryan's chocolate cheese cake was so good. Gah! Lindt cafe is delicious!!!
Headed to QVB to Hobbyco so Bryan can buy some freaky collectors crap...
Then headed to Typo at Market City so that Chrissy could meet up with us... where Chrissy voluntarily worked for a bit.
Went Oportos, then ate cream puffs.
Waited 'til Cathy Nguyen met up with us.
Went to China town to get beef jerky and lamb stick.
Chrissy dropped her chicken stick and it was stuck to the ground. HAHAHA!!!
Got licorice, was nice but sickening.
Headed to Townhall craving for the 30cm cone, found out it wasn't there anymore.. so we resorted to Gelatissimo... got a scoop of hazelnut gelato.. mMmMMmm...
Sat at a really quiet food court and caught up and to chat (about snuggies and such).
Headed back to Chrissy's house to get picked up by Khanh.
Thought of things to do E.g. Meow! Meow! at cats (would be similar to the harassment of a wolf whistle)
Went OG for food, then bummed at Bryan's place where we browsed through Bryan's interior design magazines, Khanh attempted to spoon with me, watched youtube clips and somehow fell asleep.
Then.. last but not least... went home at 2am.

And now... I'm overdosing on medicine and drinking this lemon drink. I hate my ultra weak immune system! Why do I always lag to get the flu shot?

I'm seriously the worst with money!!! Saving doesn't exist in my vocab.
Super dooper excited for my new boots to be ordered in at Wanted...

ONCE I GET THEM I AM GOING TO LIVE IN THEM... just like the old woman who lived in a shoe from the nursery rhyme!!!

Once I get them... I might temporarily stop buying shoes... and clothes. But I'm not making any promises!!!

Anyways, today Jeffrey, Thien & I volunteered for the Chris Riley's Youth off the Streets coin collection around the city. YOTS is to help homeless youths, as well as those with drug abuse... Altogether we probably collected a little over $25, a bit dissapointing (although better than nothing) but sometimes the truth hurts...

Haha, just spent the last 2 hours drawing this 'coz I was feeling cranky... something about a skull's complexity is therapeutic. But I stuffed it up anyways, the forehead is way too small... and my shading sucks balls......... and what the hell is that thing to the left of the skull?

I'm so not transferring to design with this crap. :(

Sometimes I wish I was genius like Da Vinci or Michelangelo...

This is gonna be a recap of what's been happening!

I'm gonna skip my 4 month holiday, because that basically consisted of going out, eating a lot of junk, watching movies, tv series & spending more money than I even have.

So as you all know it, uni started approximately 1 month ago. I got into B Biomedical Science at UTS. Yeah, that huge jenga block! I've made heaps of new friends, and they're all so lovely in their own way. I'm not gonna say uni is easy, nor flexible. It is hard, and the work load, the travel, the timetable wears me out so much! So if anyone is doing their HSC this year... uni is so not much easier than the HSC. It's like ten times worse!

Somehow... everyone thinks I'm the biggest dork (this includes my high school friends + uni friends). This started since O'day when I was super excited I joined the Sci V Sci (the science club) at UTS!!! And then when I considered to wear the New Scientist tote bag with the slogan 'Science is my bag'... And then when I expressed my love for my 1400 paged biology textbook... And when I started to 'study' over lecture notes. I was then given the verb 'dorking' by my fellow uni friends whenever I was studying... I am so not dorky/nerdy/geeky!

I loved the first few weeks of uni because I was meeting new people and everything! But now I honestly hate uni, no matter what I am behind on work, I just want to sleep all day and don't get chemistry. And because I'm currently hating uni/my course... I've been reconsidering my career path. I think I'm back at square one whether to choose science or design.

With my course... I have no idea what career opportunities I will get. Most likely I'd get into research but that will seriously drive me insane + it's hard to get funding. I will most likely die before I discover a miracle! So if I choose to stick with science I will most likely transfer to another uni to do something else???

And with design... I love design! The main reason I didn't pick design to begin with was because I was always told to never pursue a career in your hobby because you'd end up hating it. Art/design for me was therapeutic, so I always thought I'd release my frustrations of science in drawings or paintings. I don't even have time for that! But design is probably my most comfortable area. If I decide to go with design I'd most likely transfer to B Design in Visual Communications.

Also lately, I've been drinking coffee almost daily to avoid falling asleep in lectures. Haha! I've been buying more clothes trying to avoid repitition of outfits! I've been playing this hilarious virtual dating game on my DS called 'Sprung- The Dating Game' and getting rejected all the time because I'm apparently a 'fast' woman.

Anyways I don't know where I'm going with this blog entry but it saddens me how life seems to be going faster than my own thoughts...

I miss freedom.

Next time I'll blog about something not so boring...
